Since 2002 we develop test equipment and test benches for electric motors in the automotive industry.
Our customers use our Hard- and Software on a daily basis in R&D and QC for the development of new products and to assure the quality of their products.
About us
We are a small, dynamic and highly innovative company with a focus on developing and manufacturing test equipment for automotive electric motors.
We master the following tools and technologies:
Software Development with LabVIEW (for user interfaces / frontends)
Software Development with “C” for Microcontrollers
PCB Design with KiCAD
3D Design with Autodesk Inventor
Capabilities:
our small in-house production allows us to manufacture passive test benches and active test benches up to 3 kW in made-to-order production and electronic / mechatronic components in small batches.
We have know-how and in-depth knowledge in:
measurement technology, with focus on automated measurement tech
measurement technology for electric motors
power measurement on electric motors
test bench design and manufacturing
electronic components for measurement and automation
frequency inverters for electric motors
cogging torque measurement

Stories from the rotabench lab: >>Let them (almost) burn!<< The title picture is a photograph of the setup for testing the “freewheel” diodes on the rotabench 6P lab-inverter power stage. The purpose of this experiment was to find out, how much “reverse current” the power stage can handle in a fault condition. The experiment was …
Do I really need that much equipment? obviously yes. With this setup, I can measure the group delay of the analog inputs for the voltage and current measurement of the rotabench 6P inverter. The calibration process has two steps: in the first step, the outputs of a simulated PMSM are fed into the inverter. The …
Hot on the bench: Signal Conditioning PCB for LEM CT-200 current sensors. I just finished soldering the first samples of my signal conditioning PCB for LEM CT-200 current transducers. These devices converts the current output of up to 4 current CT-200 transducers into a voltage. For high precision I use Vishay Z-Foil burden resistors with …
